In an interview, Keith Whitmore introduces the strategic action of the Congress in tackling sexual violence against children, explaining the crucial role that regional and local authorities play in this area. ''We need to see coordination between social services departments, between health authorities to make sure that there is a partnership approach and the youngsters benefit from that'', he underlined. The Congress is taking part to the Campaign ONE in FIVE of the Council of Europe and is responsible for its local and regional dimensions.
